Our story
Originally, Rejac and SIN were two independent companies, founded respectively by Mr. Jacques Hurfin in 1946 and Mr. Keller in 1947. After years of close collaboration, they merged in 1985 to become Sin-Rejac.
A family “maison”, since 1947
Having joined forces in 1985, the two parent companies gave birth to the entity we know today.
During this merger, Mr. J. Hurfin became Chairman and CEO of Sin-Rejac and majority shareholder, while his sons, PY Hurfin and JP Hurfin, joined the company.
Under this new governance, Sin-Rejac experienced strong growth, allowing it to invest in a more spacious production site in 1993, as well as in 1996 in new offices housing the head office.
With these new resources, the company is accelerating its development and opening up internationally. Global Ribbon Italia was founded in 2007, followed by Sin-Rejac Japan in 2014.
The management of Sin-Rejac is today ensured by JP Hurfin.
