Our recycled ribbons

How to achieve this?
Our recycled yarn is made from 100% recycled PET bottles.
Our control starts from the collection of the bottle to the finished woven ribbon.

Sin-Rejac high-end recycled ribbons:
our process

1 Bottle collection
There are many collection points in China, allowing local people to earn an income while improving their environment.
2 Sorting and storage
The bottles at their collection point are sorted into different categories and crushed for easy storage and transportation to our yarn factory.
3 Washing
The containers are separated to allow the bottles to be washed removing as much dirt, labeling and contaminants as possible.
4 Flaking
The bottles are crushed into flakes and are subjected to a second washing process in which the residue and bottle caps are separated, leaving a flake cleaned to the recycling standard.
5 Extrusion
The flake is then melted into liquid form and extruded under high pressure to become recycled yarn. This yarn is now ready to be woven into a luxurious, durable ribbon.
